About Doors in Motion
Doors in Motion has repaired, installed and serviced garage doors across Chicagoland since 1969. From our home base on Route 31 in Crystal Lake, our team serves more than 70 towns, for homes and businesses alike.
How we work
We show up when we say we will, explain what's wrong in plain words, agree on the price before any work starts, and leave the garage cleaner than we found it. Our goal is simple: fix it right the first time, so you don't have to call twice.

Decades of growth

Our technicians
Our customers often mention our technicians by name. They are trained on springs, openers, cables, tracks and full installations, and they carry common parts in the truck so most repairs finish in one visit.
What customers say
Matt from Doors in Motion came over to repair my garage door and did an excellent job. Good performance. Good attitude. Good salesmanship. By the way, another company had come over the night before and wanted to charge me $600 plus for this job but Doors in Motion came in hundreds of dollars under that price.
Dino was very prompt and professional. He took time to explain to me exactly what he was doing while he was here. He was very efficient so I can tell he's very skilled and knowledgeable. I would gladly refer Doors in Motion Inc to anyone for the excellent service. We will definitely use them again for any garage door repair.
My door would open right after it closed. Called Doors in Motion Inc and Adem was sent to come out the next day. He quickly realized that the door opener had to be replaced. He had everything done within an hour. Very satisfied.
